While we don’t formally verify or accredit individual providers, every live micro provider on our site has completed onboarding training, agreed to follow our quality standards, and has the necessary DBS checks, insurance, and self-employment registration. This means you can feel confident that the people you find through our network are committed to providing safe, professional, and personalised support tailored to your needs.
Micro providers are small, independent carers and support workers who usually operate on a self-employed basis. Because of their size and structure, they are not formally regulated like larger care organisations. This does not mean they are untrustworthy and all providers on our network have completed pre-registration checks.
Importantly, micro providers work under the direction of care responsibility held by you or the person arranging support. This means that while providers deliver care and support, you remain in control of all decisions about what support is needed and how it is delivered.
